Rod Braaten, President
Rod Braaten has been in the Electrical Industry for 30+ years, the last 15 of which in the Critical Power industry. Prior to joining PCCS in 2005, he had an 18-year career in Electrical Distribution. While working in Electrical Distribution, he worked his way up through Inside Sales, Purchasing and Branch Management, ultimately managing a southern Minnesota sales territory for ten years. During this time, he developed relationships within all channels of the industry, allowing the territory to grow to more than 5 times the original volume. Rod’s many years of territory development have allowed him to establish strong relationships with the key Manufacturers, Specifying Engineers, End Users, IT Managers, Contractors and Distributors in our area. Rod has been with PCCS for the last 15+ years, bringing key accounts and longtime relationships.

Dana Hamilton, Office Manager
Dana Hamilton joined PCCS in 2018 and is the Office Manager. She organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. As Office Manager, she is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. She is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks.

John Kossett, Applications Engineer, Sales
John Kossett joined PCCS in August 2009 to focus on supporting data center cooling products and developing new sales for the entire PCCS product line. John comes from a manufacturing background and has over 25 years of experience with working directly with customers and engineers on the sales and development of electro mechanical products. He has a Bachelor’s of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of MN with a focus on design and controls. He also holds an MBA from Carlson School of Management, (U of MN), with a focus on general management.

Joseph McArdle, Service Sales
Joseph McArdle joined PCCS in August 2008 and has been handling sales, support and expansion of our Critical Power Service Sales since 2009. He has an Associates of Science degree from North Hennepin Community College with a focus in General and Business Management.

Michele Wells, Sales Executive
Michele Wells joined PCCS in 2019. She has worked with all types and sizes of local, regional, and national accounts and has managed channel partners on a local and regional basis. Michele focuses on critical power solutions including paralleling gear, ATS’s, generator docking stations, isolated power panels and power monitoring.
